Parts Counter Sales Representative

Job Qualifications:

  • Begin each workday with a positive attitude.
  • Ascertain make, year, and type of part needed, inspect worn, damaged, or defective part to determine replacement required, or advise customer of part needed according to description of malfunction.
  • Discuss use and features of various parts.
  • Use computer to look up parts and prices.
  • Fill customer orders from stock.
  • Prepare sales slip or sales contract.
  • Receive payment, make proper change and wrap or bag merchandise for customer.
  • Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
  • Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available.
  • Examine returned part to determine if defective, and exchange part or issue refund.
  • Work as a team in the parts department and across other departments.
  • Alert the parts manager when stock is running low.

Sales Representative, Turf Equipment & Hay Tools

Job Qualifications:

  • Farm or lawn care experience.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • A strong, positive work ethic.
  • A self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Sales Representative, Governmental Accounts

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of governmental processes a plus, but not required.
  • A strong, positive work ethic.
  • A self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
